Trendivos – User-Generated Content (UGC) Policy

By tagging your social media posts and/or images (including captions) with #WearingTrendivos, #TrendivosStyle, and/or #TrendivosLingerie (collectively, the “Trendivos Hashtags”), or by using the handles @TrendivosOfficial or uploading content directly to any Trendivos website, mobile app, or official social media pages (collectively, the “Trendivos Platforms”), you agree to the following terms:

1. User-Generated Content (“UGC”)

Any content you post, tag, or upload using the Trendivos Hashtags, Handles, or Platforms—including your name, social media username, text, photos, videos, likeness, reviews, graphics, or any creative materials—is collectively referred to as “UGC” under this policy.

2. Rights You Grant Us

By sharing UGC through the Trendivos Platforms or using our hashtags or handles, you grant Trendivos a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable (unless requested otherwise), worldwide license (including the right to sublicense) to use, reproduce, edit, share, publish, and remove your UGC in any format, for any purpose—particularly for marketing, promotions, and digital advertising.

3. Your Responsibilities

By submitting or tagging UGC, you confirm that:

• You own the rights to the content or have permission to share it.

• You have obtained permission from anyone identifiable in the content.

• If any individuals in your UGC are under 18, you confirm you are:

  • a) their parent or legal guardian, or

  • b) have received explicit parental or legal guardian consent to include them and submit the content to Trendivos.

• Your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights (e.g., copyright, trademarks, or privacy laws).

4. Waiver of Rights

You (and any third party with interest in your UGC) irrevocably waive any and all moral rights or similar rights connected to your UGC as it relates to Trendivos’ use.

5. Data and Privacy

Any personal information contained in your UGC will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and this UGC Policy.

6. Liability and Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trendivos (and its representatives) against any third-party claims, costs, or legal actions resulting from our use of your UGC.

7. Updates to This Policy

Trendivos reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Please review it regularly if you share or tag content using Trendivos Hashtags or upload to our Platforms.
